Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions By booking a session or using this website www.ashleybird.ca, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment Requirement All appointments must be paid in full via e-transfer prior to your session, once your time has been confirmed. No bookings are held without payment. Please e-transfer your payment to ashleymillerbird@gmail.com 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule once per booking with at least 24 hours' notice by emailing ashleymillerbird@gmail.com. No-shows and late cancellations are non-transferable and non-refundable. 3. Late Arrival Late arrivals are not guaranteed extra time or compensation. If my schedule allows, I may extend the session, but this is not promised. 4. Age Policy Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 5. Refunds All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure before booking. 6. Right to Refuse I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Sessions are intended to provide insight and guidance, but you are always in control of your own decisions.
